Daniel was wonderful to deal with. Recreated our lost ring wonderfully, with some lovely upgrades, and the whole experience top to bottom was excellent. We’d lost the ring the day after the proposal, and when the new ring was ready Daniel even had the song playing that I’d proposed with, and he knew my partner loved dogs so he had it attached to the office pups collar and called him over to present the ring.
