After any piece is finished, it is expertly checked by Tony. Tony started as an apprentice working with my grandfather over 40 years ago. He checks everything is perfect before it is cleaned and polished.
Before a client is contacted to let you know that what we are repairing or making is ready, it is checked a second time.
Making jewellery requires time and patience, an incredible amount of skill and very steady hands. While we endeavour to turn everything around as quickly as possible, sometimes we need a bit of extra time, or if we have a deadline, we can’t always triple-check.
Everyone has busy days, and sometimes small things can be missed, if you noticed something, let us know, and we can fix it straight away. Our clients are our lifeblood, and we aim to have everything perfect – we need to know if we missed something so we can make it perfect for you.
